Hi! I’m Laura Cherock — a professional photographer specializing in high school senior portraits.

I’m also an engineer, a proud mom of two, and someone who finds joy in both the little moments and the big milestones. With a passion for artistry, a love of great design, and a deep appreciation for people’s stories, I bring all of that heart into every session I shoot.

I earned my degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State — which is also where I met my husband, Michael. He’s a fellow architectural engineer, a Navy submarine veteran, and a very talented guitarist. Together, we’ve built a wonderfully creative life in Sewickley (just outside of Pittsburgh), where we’re raising our two amazing daughters.

There’s just something magical about photographing people during such a meaningful time in their lives. I’ve discovered over the years that working with seniors is where I truly shine — helping them see how beautiful, strong, and confident they really are.
